The Woods Cross Justice Court is open Monday - Thursday from 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM and Friday phone and email only from 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM. The court is closed on all state-observed holidays.

 

Court us held on Tuesday of each week. COURT IS SCHEDULED ONLY. You can schedule your appearance by calling the court at 801-677-1001 or by appearing in person at City Hall. 

 

If this is your first traffic citation in the past 12 months, you may qualify for a plea in abeyance. This is a way to keep points from being assessed against your driving record. Please contact the justice court at 801-677-1001 to see if you qualify. 

 

Online Payments: 

The court is unable to accept fine payments over the phone, You can pay your fine in person, by mail or online at www.utcourts.gov. You will need your citation number or case number to access your case online. Please check that the correct name has been located before paying your fine online. The will verify your payment posts to the correct case.
